Lately, a group of alligators have been spotted roaming around residential areas. It is suspected that they lost their swamps due to overdevelopment. Shouldn’t there be a way to send these alligators safely back home?
First, in order to foil the plans of the officials that are trying to develop the area, I must present the report written by Winston. I’ll also need to bring the mysterious purifier that’ll be used to purify the water around the area.
The leader of the alligators expressed gratitude over my work and promised to accompany me on my journey.

Comforting the Swamp Spirit (LEV30-69) (End: 2009/10/06)
Apprently, the Swamp Spirit is furious over the fact that his swamps have been destroyed due to overdevelopment. If I bring him a bottle of Perion Cliff Breeze, however, it may be enough to bring some some comfort.
I better capture the scarcely-found Cliff Breeze at Perion in a bottle to pacify the Swamp Spirit.
The Swamp Spirit seems to feel much better after I gave him the bottle, and authorized King Cro to accompany me on my journey by giving me the Monster Mount skill along with a saddle.
