Woot, getting hacked myself now

My facebook got hacked, but then it got banned

I got an email 1:30 AM (local time)

From: postmaster@live.com
Subject: Reset your Windows Live password

Hello, joey@nextgeneration.net.au:
We received your request to reset your Windows Live password. To confirm your request and reset your password, follow the instructions below. Confirming your request helps prevent unauthorized access to your account.
If you didn’t request that your password be reset, please follow the instructions below to cancel your request.

Anyways, any attempts to hack @nextgeneration.net.au or @ngpriest.com will get you banned, which will make your time at any sites on these severs VERY difficult, which would be fun to watch people trying to access these sites?
