Announcement of IP Blockage on 1st August 2008

Dear Maplers,
With effect from 1st August 2008, a blockage will be implemented on the IPs connecting from Vietnam and Brazil.
The IP blockage will be imposed based on the regional licensing limitation and the inconvenience caused is deeply regretted. The blockage implementation to allow Maplers to enjoy the best of MapleStory and to benefit from localized activities and improved connectivity.
For those who cannot join us in MapleSEA, it is recommended to play MapleStory in their region.
MapleSEA will do its best to provide Maplers with most stabilized service.

Australia
Marriageable age: 18, 16 with permission from a court and both parents (only granted in exceptional circumstances) – Commonwealth Marriage Act 1961 s.10-21.

Malaysia
Marriageable age: 21, 18 with parental consent, 16 for females with special marriage license.
The age of consent for sex in Malaysia is 16 for both males and females.

Singapore
Marriageable age: 21, 18 with parental consent, below 18 with special marriage license.
The age of consent in Singapore is 16 for all opposite-sex activity and only female same-sex sexual activity. Under section 377A (outrages on decency) in the Penal Code states that; Any male person who, in public or private, commits, or abets the commission of, or procures or attempts to procure the commission by any male person of, any act of gross indecency with another male person, shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to 2 years. Which means all male same-sex sexual activity (including mutual masturbation, oral and/or anal sex) is still illegal and the punishment is up to two (2) years jail, hardly ever enforced upon.

Hmm, last post i made was when i was in KLIA
Now i’m in Vietnam, hmm, i got some pics, will upload soon
Plane was colourful, but crampy?
Someone remind me to book 1st class (or pilot seat) next time

Anyone know what i should do in KL?
Since my itinerary just got freed up (massively)

I’m typing on my laptop in KLIA
Won’t be online so long
Going to turn off my laptop to save power

Hmm, plane was nice, i took 4 packets of peanut and 2-3 cups of Orange Juice <-- Sweet Orange Juice! F2 Then ate food, meatballs and chicken (and peas and mash potato) Then watched Batman The Dark Knight (sucked) Then i was listening to Linkin Park's Minutes to Midnight till i fell asleep They gave us breakfast, which i skipped, YAY! SLEEPING! Off the plane and yeah, burger king for breakfast?! (Burger king is Aus's Hungry Jacks, due to the fact Burger King almost got sued for trademark issues in Australia) Hmm, waiting for the plane to Vietnam soon

Slept late last night, more like 5am or 6am this morning
Had my parents come up to my room and they rang me several times due to tech issues
Woke up, went down to the eCosway room to check what happened
Wow, printer doesn’t work, let’s try to ping it?
