HCl

For people who do science, we all know HCl is hydrochloric acid.
Back in grade/year 10, we had to observe any chemical reaction (including change of smell)
After cooking my sample and cleaning up the thongs (by soaking it in HCl and burning it at 100*c), my group decided to smell it
After afew goes of doing this, I shortly realized the sour burning sensation (abut like burnt toast) was actually inhaling HCl vapours.
And kids, don’t try this at home.
