Unexpected Site Downtime

On the 8th of Oct, the files on the server went missing
On the 11th of Oct, the files on the server were found

Anyways, let’s see what happened?

8th
Rang support and they said the files are missing
Wasted time on the phone, submitted a few tickets
Changed DNS to another server
Parked com ontop of NextGeneration.Net.Au

9th

We have weekly and monthly backup, but unfortunately the weekly backup seems to be corrupted, so we need to restore the files only from the monthly backup that is dated June 27.

10th
I called on the 10th Morning, 3 calls at 1 hour each, but noone answered
Rang them later on during the day
Got a call from support (i was sleeping)
I was informed that the files have been restored
DNS have been reset

11th
I called on the 11th Morning after the files were said to be restored

12th
All DNS should have propagated already

What now?
NextGeneration is planning on getting a 3rd Server?
Going to move all the files from the Andromeda Server, the Magellan Server to the “New” Server?
